Here, we assess individual and/or overall team health by obtaining a variety of key health metrics.
We then formulate a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan for each person to improve their metrics over a given period, hence improving overall health.
Metrics will then be retaken, reassessed and presented to the individual or team, as required.
