Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Fees are displayed on the Healthy, Happy and Strong website, and must be paid in full when booking the appointment or package.
For any subscription plans purchased we provide a 14 day cooling off period where you are entitled to a full refund if none of the services in the plan have been carried out.
We politely request 48 hours notice of any appointment cancelations. Where possible we will aim to reschedule your appoiintment to a mutually conventient date and time, but we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible where appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
We appreciate that appointments are sometimes accidentally missed and where this happens we will endeavour to rearrange the consultation to a future date. However, depending on our schedules this may not always be possible.
Being primarily an online service we rely on a working internet connection. If for some reason you are unable to connect as scheduled due to a fault at your end, we will again endeavour to rearrange the consultation to a future date, which may or may not be possible depending on our schedules.
