How you can benefit from working with a health coach.
Health coaching is a collaborative process between you and your health coach helping you to achieve your health and wellness goals. During our collaboration we will focus on behaviour change, motivation, and personal accountability, and it will involve a variety of topics, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle choices.
Key components of your health coaching programme will include:
Personalised Goal Setting: Our coaches work will work with you to identify specific, achievable health goals tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
Behaviour Change Strategies: Our coaches use techniques to help you to modify unhealthy behaviours and establish sustainable healthier habits.
Support and Accountability: Regular check-ins and support help you to stay motivated and accountable for your progress.
Education: Our coaches provide information about nutrition, fitness, and other relevant topics to empower you to make informed decisions.
Holistic Approach: Here at Healthy, Happy and Strong we consider the whole person, including mental and emotional well-being, rather than just physical health.
Health coaching can be very beneficial for individuals looking to improve their overall health, manage chronic conditions, or to adopt healthier lifestyles.
How we can work together
How we initially work together depends upon your current health situation, and whether or not you have ongoing chronic health conditions. For those with an ongoing chronic health condition we will initially work together via one of our 90-day programmes, whereby each programme includes a comprehensive nutritional review in combination with health and lifestyle coaching.
After completion of your 90-day programme should you require ongoing support to reach your health goals then we can continue coaching you.
For those without chronic health conditions we can start working together in a coaching capacity straight away. Working to improve your overall health and wellness takes a significant commitment both from your coach at Healthy, Happy and Strong, and you, as our valued client. It is a collaborative effort that requires active participation and engagement, and consequently to effectively support you on your journey toward improved health and wellness, we require a minimum commitment of three sessions. This duration not only allows us to build a strong foundation but also provides us the necessary time to carefully tailor our approach in a way that meets your unique needs and goals.
